Online voting on Attendout is secure, seamless, and transparent. On Attendout, you can control how Open and transparent you want your voting process and results to be.

To vote on Attendout, follow these steps:

• Click on “Create” and select “online voting”
• Fill in the title of the voting. E.g. “Most Extroverted.”
• Fill in a voting unique name. E.g. “ME.” A voting unique name distinguishes your voting URL.
• Select a Voting Mode. The voting mode depicts how open or restricted your voting process will be. There are three types of voting modes and each mode has a different effect on your voting process. The modes are:

Basic: If you select “Basic,” voters will not be required to register or log in to vote.

Strict: If you select “Strict,” voters will be required to vote by creating accounts and voting. One-click Sign Up is available on the voting page. Selecting “Strict” is suitable when you want to eliminate the probability of multiple voting by a voter. 

Paid: If you select “Paid,” voters will be required to pay to vote for their favourite contestants. A processing fee of 5 percent applies.

• You can enable or disable “daily voting.” If it is enabled, voters can vote once daily. But voters can only vote once if it is disabled. Daily voting only applies to Basic and Strict voting mode. Voters can vote as much as possible on paid voting
• Select result visibility. Result visibility depicts how transparent your voting process will be. If you select “public,” the result is visible to voters on the voting page as voting continues. If you select “private,” the result is not shown on the voting page - however, you can decide if you want to make it accessible to voters after the voting process.
• Select voting type. “Categories” and “No Categories” are the two voting types. With categorized voting, contestants are put in different categories and results are calculated based on categories while non-categorized shows a single category and calculates results based on that.
• Select if you want to add participants' description and show participants' images.
• Describe the voting, ie. what the voting is about.
• Add your contact details and social media platforms if you want to. Add a banner image of your voting for uniqueness.
• Post your voting.
