Transaction fee: All paid ticket sales include a 5% platform fee, capped at ₦3,000 per ticket, regardless of plan. Enterprise customers can negotiate volume rates.
Anyone who completes registration on your event - paid or free. The participant cap on each plan is the total number of registrations a single event can accept.
An event has live registration when it is open for sign-ups: registration not manually closed, registration close date in the future, capacity not full, and the event has not ended. The live-registrations-at-a-time cap is how many of these you can run concurrently on a subscription.
Yes. Subscription customers can still pay per-event for an additional event when they hit their concurrent-event cap. Per-event purchases never count against any cap.
Registration blocks at the cap. You will see a banner prompting you to upgrade or pay per-event for that specific event.
Your existing events keep their current features until they end. New events follow the rules of your current plan.
Yes. Subscription is for the platform; transaction fee applies to paid ticket sales (5%, capped at ₦3,000 per ticket).
Yes. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges.
